The RoleKeep track of projects at micro and macro management level by creating management files that best describe, tasks, progress, challenges, due dates.Keep track of capacity considering on going and future projects.Costs Tracking. Lead workshops to asses process fit with system functionality and gather business requirementsDocument requirements and processes to support the proposed business goal / business change opportunityChallenge and identify process improvementsPrioritize the delivery process based on business targets (Volume, Revenue, etc), and evaluate and propose most efficient resourcing scheme.Evaluate and determine best solution scheme based on Client’s tier.Provide support and guidance through User Acceptance Testing (UAT), creation of test scripts, analyse and prioritisation of defects.Support demonstrations of new system functionality, train new users and provide ongoing training to existing usersWorking with the Project Manager and Technical Business Analyst on the design, planning and implementation of related projects. In particular to: help ensure projects are delivered within the agreed time, cost and quality parametersmaintain appropriate audit trails and records of projectsproject manage implementations and workstreamscreating features/PBIs based on the enhancements identified in analysis, providing support in building solutions Testing and delivery of projects and business improvements prior to implementationManagement of stakeholders and the stakeholder communication planManagement and mitigation of risks and issues during projects.Coordinate with Global Solutions Support and Delivery teams priorities, estimates and solutions, and communicate back to business to fit accordingly.Coordinate with business, regional, global and local technology teams to establish delivery chronograms and Gantt charts. The Requirements Preferably educated to degree level or relevant professional qualification in the field of project managing or certificated evidence of project management training courses attended (desirable) or educated to degree level in technical implementations.Strong English speakingPortuguese Desired Business Analyst preferably as part of business change with experience in facilitating workshops, problem analysis, requirements gathering, business case preparation, test plan creation andLean facilitation skills and knowledge of Lean process improvement tools (or willingness to learn)Experience in problem analysis, requirements gathering, business case preparation, test plan creation, producing training and support materialsExperience of working with IT departments and supporting the development, testing and maintenance of IT systems in a business role (not IT role)Has an understanding and experience of the full project lifecycle and required documentationExperience of the insurance/financial sector is desirableA broad understanding of operational insurance processes (e.g.
