Description
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for plant facility & equipment preventive & corrective maintenance program
- Ensure continuous operation of the facility with good preventive maintenance practice and critical spare parts inventory
- Attend and rectify alarm/ fault triggered by Building Management System (BMS) on ACMV and facilities equipment
- Support and attend facility breakdown or critical issues 24/7 during standby duty
- Drive continuous improvement programs to reduce cost and improve efficiency to meet company goals and objectives
- Actively source, using cost effective practices, maintenance contracts and spare part procurements.
- Overseeing contractors’ performance in accordance with contractual work scope and timeline of completion
- Overseeing all facility equipment safety regulations and ensure it meet MOM safety requirement
- Responsible for preventive maintenance contract renewal
- Responsible to obtain quotation and submit for parts procurement to support facility requirement
- Attend day to day operational issue related to facility matter
- Review and maintain policies and procedures regularly for the facility maintenance operations
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Higher Nitec (Mechatronics) or relevant field
- Experience in dealing with HVAC, Air Compressor, Boiler, BMS, Sterilizer, Electrical Control etc. will be an advantage
- Experience working in and maintaining a clean-room manufacturing environment will be an advantage
- Team player with good interpersonal & communication skill
- Preferably proficient in Microsoft Office (eg. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and etc)
