Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Supervisor
About the Role
- To lead, supervise and coordinate the execution of mechanical & electrical works on a worksite.
- Ensure the efficient and effective coordination and control of field construction activities.
- Adherence to applicable requirements of the McConnell Dowell Integrated Management System and Project Execution Plan.
- Ensure that risk reduction controls are in place and regularly reviewed for safety, environmental and quality aspects of the project.
- Organise, coordinate and direct field construction activities in accordance with work schedules whilst constantly monitoring the status of planning and quality activities.
- Assess and allocate priorities as necessary.
- Maintain close contact with other Foremen to ensure continuity of job progress.
- Monitor and review the performance of the plant, labor and subcontractors to ensure production targets are met or bettered and take appropriate action as necessary.
- Promptly advise management of any issues that could be variations to the contract and keep accurate records of such issues.
- Ensure safe work conditions are maintained at all times.
- Maintain a daily record of all plant, labor, equipment, and on-site materials. Also maintain records of weather conditions, stoppages, incidents, and disputes.
- Carry out quality control activities as specified on ITPs and checklists.
- Ensure that environmental control measures are implemented.
- Any other duties as may be required by the Company.
- 13 month year end bonus
About You
- Certified qualifications in construction/civil/mechanical/electrical engineering.
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, preferably with a minimum of 5 years of site supervisory experience to oversee field construction activities.
- Similar M&E working experience in a large-scale civil infrastructure project.

- Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
- Able to commence work within short notice.
Contract Type: Permanent Role
Salary: SGD5,000
Location: West
Working Hours: Working hours 8-6 pm (weekdays) and 8-4 pm(sats) currently on alternate sat work week cycle.
Commencement: Immediate
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $5,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
