Job Description:
The Bosch Training Center in ASEAN, is looking for an Expert, Learning and Development to lead their Learning & Development strategy advocating a learning culture in Bosch. Reporting to the Regional Head of Leaning and Development, ASEAN, you will be part of:
- the dynamic learning and development team in ASEAN
- the global Bosch Training Alliance comprising 6 Regional Training providers worldwide

In this role, you will lead, create, and execute strategies and programs across Bosch ASEAN. You will work with diverse stakeholders to evaluate individual and organizational development needs; manage budget and implement various learning methods companywide based on the competencies related to Leadership, Social and Methodology. You will design and deliver classroom and online courses, workshops and other trainings and assess the success of development plans to help employees make the most of learning opportunities.
Portfolio management:
- Maintenance and optimization of product portfolio on all training formats such as classroom, web-based training, etc
- Delivering, updating, and planning along the portfolio roadmap for Corporate Standards (CS) courses
- Coordination with multiple stakeholders (e.g. end-users, trainers, setting owners and operations teams)
- Roll-out and implement the training as per required specification.
- Identify and deploy regional training with support of Setting Owner (BTC is responsible for determining regional training that is not covered by CS courses or Business units-standards
- Proactively coach and consult with customers
- Collaborate in requirements identification, design and development of learning interventions
- Develop change program that address critical skill gaps
Consulting:
- Internal customer consulting (on learning formats, curricula, learning situations and settings) for new training initiatives
- Consulting (e.g. consumer 2nd-level support)
Planning:
- Carry out annual planning regarding number of sessions (including figures for Business Plan BP and Current Forecast CF), the respective price calculation and reporting
Delivery:
- Ensure that appropriate types of training are offered and standardized worldwide or in the region with HR partners
- Share all updated materials (e.g. course specification sheet CSS, checklists, training documents and handouts) to relevant stakeholders
Communication:
- Publish the training offers by portfolio based on target group (BGN, TrainM, Newsletter, Flyer, Training catalogue, etc)
- Bosch Global Network content owner (editor of the BTC-BGN pages / content according to the required target group) in all requested languages
Trainer Qualification:
- Select the external trainer or service provider together with purchasing department and the respective Setting Owner
- Ensure the qualification of internal trainers by methodological didactical qualification
- Ensure the regional compliance directions
Quality:
- Sustainable implementation of the specified standards (piloting phase, quality assessment and controlling)
