Barista & Bar-back (Assistant Barista)

Al Hattab Holding-Doha, Qatar

Urgent required "BARISTA & BAR-BACK (BARISTA ASSISTANT)" for FOOD & BEVERAGE to join maximum 1st week of March.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • To prepare and serve beverage/Ice cream to guest in a friendly and professional manner to maximize guest satisfaction and consistency with established standards
  • Take drinks and food orders in person when needed of often from the printer and prepare drinks in accordance with standard recipe
  • Mix drinks in clean and safe way
  • Side duties, opening and closing are followed and approved by the Manager on Duty - MOD before leaving the station/section
  • Know you product. Knowledge of food and drink menu takes it easier to sell our products and service our guests
  • Aid in minimizing the cost of sales by accurately pouring and dozing drinks to our standard recipes and by keeping track of waste, yield age and comps no voids are allowed.
  • Ensure the fridges and Bar back are fully stocked all the time.

Working hours:

  • 54 hours per week + 1 hour break in 6 days a week.
  • Work schedules depend upon the requirements of the outlet.
  • Can extend working hours as per the operation load and need

COMPANY WILL PROVIDE ACCOMMODATION & TRANSPORTATION

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: QAR2,000.00 - QAR3,500.00 per month

Experience:

  • Barista: 1 year (preferred)
  • Bar-back / Assistant Barista: 1 year (preferred)

Language:

  • English fluently (preferred)

License/Certification:

  • valid transferable Qatar ID (preferred)
  • SAFETY AND HYGIENE LEVEL 02 CERTIFICATE (preferred)
