Job Description:

• To make out the necessary corrections marked by the author and create notes or text insertion using Acrobat tools in the article PDF
• To validate the MC annotated corrections in the structured DOC file and convert the file to XML file and finally converting the XML to PS and to PDF. Get the galley printout.
• To Countercheck the galley printout with the authors and MC annotated PDf whether all corrections are carried out. If anything is missed out or not able to do, mark in the galley.
• To work closely with the seniors and team leader to create agendas, planning targets and ensuring that the targets are met.
• Keeping the team leader informed about task accomplishment, issues and status
• Knows and adhere to standards of quality.
