Job Description & Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed drawings and layout plan, using computer-assisted drafting (CAD) equipment in accordance to specification provisions.
- Maintain and record monthly master list of drawings to ensure accurate information.
- Review and analyse specifications, sketches, drawings, and interrelated data to evaluate factors affecting designs, procedures and guidelines.
- Draft detailed scale plans for C&S/M&E works, based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets and other data to ensure compliance with design requirements.
- Compute mathematical formulas to develop and design detailed specifications for equipment and systems, using computer-assisted equipment.
- Modify and revise designs to correct operating deficiencies and clarity of design intent.
- Responsible for preparing and producing shop drawings, as-built drawings and/or construction drawings in accordance with engineers’ requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of relevant working experience.
- Preferably with a Diploma in Civil Engineering and above or equivalent.
- Experienced in design management, steel structure detail, design development.
- Competent in Microsoft suites and proficient in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, BIM.
- Those without experience but with relevant qualifications and knowledge in BIM and BIM related softwares will be considered.
- 6 days work week.
