PERSOLKELLY Indonesia is currently assisting one of our clients in Digital Printing company in finding great talent as a Sales Engineer Manager for PACS (Healthcare / Medical Equipment) with the requirement as follow:
Location : South Jakarta

Responsibilities:

  • Preparation to start PACS business with new distributiors.
  • Coodinate the meeting and demonstration with new distributors
  • Prepare neccessary information and documents to start business with new distributors.
  • Organize mandatory requirement to start business with new distributors
  • Negotiate the business terms and conditions to new distributors.
  • Co-operate with distributors to check tender/business case/budget status/probability
  • Support marketing event like seminar / workshop / exhibition and promote products. Manage and maintain for the schedule and cost of these event.
  • Propose and create promotinal materials
  • Provide product training and sales kit materials
  • Support distributors to understand customer needs
  • Support distributors to give presentation and demonstration of products to potential customers
  • Explore the market trend

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree from Any Major
  • Have 10 years’ experience in related field
  • Have direct sales experience in Healthcare business with existing network and relationships would be advantage
  • Good communication skill in English and Bahasa Indonesian both spoken and written
  • Able and initiate to work independently
