• Minimum education S1
• Male / female, age between 30-40 years old
• Have experience in the same position min. 3 year
• In-depth knowledge of Labor Law UU13/2003 and Ciptakerja
• Have certificate competency in HR/IR/HSSE
• Good leadership
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Expert in Microsoft Excel
• Have good analytical, problem solving, and communication skill in managing team
• Have been vaccinated booster (priority)
• Willing to work in Soloraya
