Description
We are seeking two part-time clinical assistant to join our busy clinic in Guelph.
Availability Required: Tuesday evenings between 3:00pm-8:15pm, Thursday mornings between 8:00am-4:00pm. More availability is an asset as additional shifts do become available.

Duties and responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Cleaning and set up of the treatment rooms, sterilization of instruments, and maintaining Podiatric equipment
- Facilitating clinic work flow by bringing patients to rooms and communicating with practitioners and other staff members
- Assisting with therapeutic treatments
- Assisting with the proper setup of rooms for routine and surgical procedures
- Maintaining and updating patient records, scanning documents into patient files
- Ordering supplies and receiving incoming shipments
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining practitioner schedules
- Greeting and signing in patients when they enter the clinic
- Managing billing to patients and their insurance companies
- Other duties as required

- Willingness to perform a wide variety of duties
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 8-12 per week
Salary: $16.50 per hour
