The pandemic has highlighted how important telecoms networks are to society. Nokia’s Network Infrastructure group is at the heart of a revolution to bring more and faster network capacity to people worldwide through our ambition, innovation, and technical expertise.

What you will learn and contribute to

Are you passionate about solving problems?
As part of our team, you will:

  • Using travel tool (Concur): arrange trips for the FN team working with CWT
  • Using travel too (Concur): complete expense reports according to NOKIA policies.
  • NOKIA tools for purchasing office supplies, IT hardware & software.
  • Raise PO’s
  • Raise IT support & facilities tickets to solve issues.
  • Book workspace in Nokia offices.
  • Other administrative support.
  • Work with NI executive assistant on Executive’s approvals and expense reports with Virtual PC
  • Help with Event arrangements such as: team meetings, caterings, etc.

Your skills and experience

You have:

  • More than 1 year experience as Team Assistant, but we can evaluate the possibility to hire a junior assistant.
  • Licenciatura, Diplomatura o Formación Profesional Superior.
  • Master on Outlook, Word and Internet. Good at Excel. Knowledge of Power Point.
  • Excellent communication skills, both in Spanish and English.
  • Networking, conflict resolution.
  • Manage confidential information.
  • Resistance to stress and peaks heavy workload.
  • Collaborate with the Team objectives
  • Able to take decisions when needed
  • Open to constant Change
  • BG/Services specific Competences
  • Ability to communicate, liaise with colleagues at all levels supporting their business needs.
  • Look for Nokia’s objectives over own personal benefit.
  • Collaborate purposefully across Nokia to find solutions and drive continuous improvement and support others to be successful.
  • Communicate with radical transparency to build trust and enable two-way dialogue with your organization and stakeholders.
