Description
Rosier Constructions Pty Ltd is a Sydney based company and is seeking an experienced Foreman to assist the Project Manager in the construction of a 6 storey motor vehicle service centre on the north shore.
Tasks and Responsibilities
- Oversee contractors on site
- Assist in achieving construction program in conjunction with the Project Manager
- Provide assistance as required to contractors to ensure adequate resources are available including direct coordination with all site trades and all suppliers
- Maintain communication with the Contracts Administrators to ensure contracts are executed and variations are controlled
- Maintain communication with the Project Manager to ensure safe work practices
- Ensure productivity and performance is always maintained
- All site based WHS responsibilities as per the WHS Management System
Skills and Experience
- At least five years experience in multi storey construction v Trade qualification or diploma
- Must be double vaccinated
- Construction Induction Card (White Card)
