Responsibilities:
Comply with approved Nursing SOPs
Work with multidisciplinary team to analyze and evaluate nursing care plan and ensure care plan is implemented by team.
Mentor and guide HCAs in performing their functional duties
Assists the Registered Nurse in ensuring patients take their medications
Assist client to manage common age ‐related conditions such as incontinence and loss of mobility.
Assist Enrolled Nurse/ Registered Nurse as when required
Other additional operational duties as assigned by Nurse Manager
Requirement:
Diploma/ HMI certificate in a related field
Experience working in an elderly setting is an added advantage
