Construction Administration - North Sydney - Temporary to Permanent - Full Time - $40/PH

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing high volume of contractor and supplier invoices for payment.
  • Checking purchase orders.
  • Document controlling.
  • Database management.
  • Checking accounts of subcontractors and supplier statements.
  • Preparing and processing the release of retention held back to subcontractors as per companies’ policy and procedures.
  • Assisting with departments such as WHS, construction, and accounts.
  • General administrative duties.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience in construction or engineering.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management.
