About the Role
We have an exciting new opportunity to join our expanding Products Team. The role requires an enthusiastic Computer Support Technician to support the Products team efficiently and accurately in delivering high quality material and product in the support of our customers.
In addition, you will be responsible for:
Customer Support
- Write and publish Service bulletins
- Write and publish Product Change notices
- Customer system setup/replication for troubleshooting of issues
- Assist with customer onboarding
OEM Support
- Build and deploy Customer BIOS
- Build and deploy Customer images
- Evaluate and test systems form within an Operating System
- Silk Screen printed Label Drawing creation
- In-house printed label drawing creation
- Firmware configuration creation
Existing Product Support
- Log and track bugs
- Product improvement
- Review and approve third party driver updates
- Troubleshoot
About You

- Ability to work in an organized and logical manner to meet deadlines;
- Demonstrated commitment and a positive attitude toward quality.
- Practical experience in electronics repairs/ assembly (desirable);
- Experience/ good understand of Operating Systems (Windows/ Lunix); and
- Customer service experience.
