As a Senior Environment Artist you will be creating environments and assets for 3D animations and visuals. From Low Poly style to realistic environments to be used in Maya.

We are looking for a highly motivated, results driven individual with a curious mindset and a strong ability to learn. You will be working together with talented and fun Artists and Producers in 3D & Motion Department to produce outstanding marketing materials for world-wide known brands.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Model environments and assets, including UVs, textures of stylized and realistic assets (high poly and low poly, stylized and realistic).
• Work closely with LookDev Artists, Animation Team and Lighting Team to ensure a smooth working process.
• Anticipate and communicate clearly about production issues and work with relevant team members to find effective solutions and workflow improvements.
• Support other departments with basic modelling and texturing tasks.
• For this position, you will report directly to the 3D Team Leader.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Excellent knowledge of Maya for polygonal modelling, UV tools and texturing tools as it relates to environment creation, ideally from naturalistic environments to architectural environments for animations.
• Excellent understanding of MegaScans to Maya workflow to quickly realize detailed environments.
• Excellent portfolio with relevant experience, showing large scale landscapes and cityscapes. Ideally realistic and stylized/cartoony as well as environment assets and props.
• Deep understanding of environment creation techniques and workflows.
• Excellent eye for details.
• Ability to give constructive feedback to fellow artists.
• Pro-active attitude, problem-solver
• At least basic English communication skills.
