About the Role
- Direct reporting to the Project Design Manager for the performance of BIM documentation, deliverables, and processes within the assigned project and assisting the Design/Construction Team with daily activities.
- Functional reporting to the Digital Engineering Manager (SEA), with the primary objective beingis to assist in the development and management of BIM. documentation, deliverables and processes within the assigned project.
- Responsible for the use of BIM / Digital Engineering across the project.
- Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the project.
- Development and implementation of Building Information Management (BIM) systems.
- Lead and/or assist in creating BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D), and Cost Estimating (5D).
- Any other duties as may be required by the Company.
About You
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering with more than 5 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, BIM modelling and/or coordination (services).
- Formally trained in Specialist Diploma in BIM, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in services coordination using BIM in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.
- Committed to upholding workplace safety, accountability, teamwork and be customer-oriented.
- Strong oral and written presentation ability.
- An independent team player with strong leadership.
- Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
- Able to commence work within short notice.
Contract Type: Permanent Role
Salary: SGD8,000
Location: West
Working Hours: Working hours 8-6 pm (weekdays) and 8-4 pm(sats) currently on alternate sat work week cycle.
Commencement: Immediate
