About the Role

• Direct reporting to the Project Design Manager for the performance of BIM documentation, deliverables, and processes within the assigned project and assisting the Design/Construction Team with daily activities.
• Functional reporting to the Digital Engineering Manager (SEA), with the primary objective being is to assist in the development and management of BIM. documentation, deliverables and processes within the assigned project.
• Responsible for the use of BIM / Digital Engineering across the project.
• Manage and coordinate the overall use of BIM for the project.
• Development and implementation of Building Information Management (BIM) systems.
• Lead and/or assist in creating BIM deliverables such as BIM Execution Plans, Clash Detection Reports, BIM Quality Control Plans, BIM Design Review Procedures, Construction Sequencing (4D), and Cost Estimating (5D).
• 13-month year-end bonus

About You

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical or Building Services, Architectural or Structural Engineering with more than 5 years of working experience in construction, design, drafting, BIM modelling and/or coordination (services).
• Formally trained in Specialist Diploma in BIM, preferably with at least 3 years of experience in services coordination using BIM in a design, engineering or construction firm for a large project.

• Committed to upholding workplace safety, accountability, teamwork and being customer-oriented.
• Strong oral and written presentation ability.
• An independent team player with strong leadership.
• Able to work on alternate Saturdays.
• Able to commence work within short notice.

Contract Type: Permanent Role

Salary: SGD8,000

Location: West

Working Hours: Working hours 8-6 pm (weekdays) and 8-4 pm(sats) currently on alternate sat work week cycle.

Commencement: Immediate

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $8,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

• 13th month salary
