We have an excellent opportunity for a western qualified and experienced Nurse Manager - Labour & Delivery to join our client in Dhahran, Saudi Arabia.
The King Fahd Military Medical Complex is the most modern medical institution among the Armed Forces Medical Service Hospitals with 350 bed capacity and serves military beneficiaries, their dependents, hospital employees and other beneficiaries in the Eastern Province. The hospital has 2,973 employees and it is a tertiary care hospital provides the full continuum of health services.
Job Summary:
Plans, coordinates and directs patient care to adhere to optimal evidence based standards of patient care delivery in a cost effective manner. Ensures the education, orientation and evaluation of all staff is performed in such a manner as to maintain high levels of competency in accordance with the hospital’s policies procedures and national health regulatory bodies.

Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing
- Master degree in Nursing, health related field or business management, preferred.
- Valid license in the country of origin
- Registration with SCFHS as Specialist or higher.
- With minimum of five (5) years experience in nursing, including 2+ years of informal or formal leadership or development as a leader.
- Active participation in or have co-led or led a Performance Improvement project or initiative.
- Participation in accreditations (JCI, CBAHI/ similar) as a leader, preferred.
- Magnet Journey experience or accreditation, preferred.
