- * Job Description*:
- Ensure operational excellence (quality, service, customer complaints) to meet comprehensive goals for performance and growth.
- Developing and implementing comprehensive sales & marketing strategies and plans by analyzing market revenue.
- Conceptualizing, developing, and managing effective strategy for total business
- Having a strategic mindset to establish commercial business with flexibility and dynamic.
- Developing short-term/long-term sales goals including channel strategies, monitoring sales, and taking good actions increase to achieve sales targets.
- Managing sales and financial targets through maximizing revenue and managing expenses and productivity
- Ensuring marketing strategy aligns with the company’s vision, mission, and mid-term/long-term goals.
- Driving the execution of Operation Retail Plans as developed by Customer Marketing.
- Developing plans, policies, goals, and objectives for the organization's activities to expand market share and distribution.
- Supporting the activities to acquire new products of the company.
- Coaching teams to develop hard skills and soft skills to upgrade capability.
- Keeping motivated and challenging team members to achieve superior performance.
* Requirement*:
Bachelor Degree or higher in any field.
- 10+ years of Experience in food chain store, F&B retails both operation and commercial experience, managerial level at least 7 years
- Experience in managing Retail/Service stores and expansion
- Ideally experience in managing operation of 30+ retail stores
- Optimistic and concerned about achievement
- Be able to work across boundaries, multi people, and multi-functions.
