Create an Annual Plan for Strategic People Development and an Annual Training Development Program

  • Conduct a Training Need Analysis (TNA) process to see the GAP or needs in each Department and carry out training based on the results of the TNA
  • Arrange the planning, module creation, and implementation of the Training for all Business Units and facilitate them according to the department's needs, incl. the identification of Internal Trainers and other partners
  • Update the Talent Database, and also conduct the Monitoring, Analysis, Reporting, and Evaluation for the Development Programs Training participant
  • Plan and create programs related to employee engagement
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management/Education (prefer Technology Education)
  • Proven work experience minimum 2 years in People Development with specialization in Training/ People Development
  • Have strong knowledge about TNA, create training modules, facilitate training
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving
  • Strong planning, follow-up, project management, and organizational skills
  • Placement : Kapuk Muara, Jakarta Utara
