Description
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations which include, Front Desk Service, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Housekeeping, Engineering, Spa and other relevant operating department ensuring highest level of guest experience
- Develop strategic plans to ensure achievement of high standards in service, administration and operational management at all times
- Ensure that all departments are performing efficiently and effectively by focusing on maximizing revenues, controlling operational costs and meeting annual budgets
- Ensure that standard operating procedures and related policies and procedures are in place and strictly followed
- Conducts routine inspections in all areas of the hotel to ensure that the hotel’s Furniture Fixtures & Equipment and assets are in the best condition
- Cultivate “The Chiang Mai” brand standards and ensuring outstanding guest experience including brand, image, and reputation of the hotel in the social media is positive, consistent and active

Minimum 7-10 years' experience in Hotel Management in all aspects
Extrovert, strong sense of responsibility, alert and agile, pleasant personality
Above average fluency in the English language is essential
