Description
For over 30 years Woodpecker have been selling and installing heating and cooling solutions all over Melbourne. We are looking for a Store Person with experience in a fast paced team environment and who can provide a high level of customer service.
The position is 5 days per week from 7.30am to 3.30pm (this may vary) at our Mornington store.
You would be working closely with the Operations Co-ordinators and you will be responsible for the preparation of installation/service parts and products for our installation teams, also receiving and despatching, and organising customer collections.
- Hold a current Forklift License and an Australian Driver’s License
- Have an understanding of Stock Control
- Be computer literate (MYOB knowledge is an advantage)
- Manage the receiving and despatch of goods
- Be responsible for stocktake count
- Excel at customer contact and arrangements
- Organise goods collection from suppliers
This is a physical role with lifting involved.
A knowledge of wood and gas fireplaces, ducted heating and air conditioning or building or plumbing industry materials stock would be advantageous but not essential.
