Description
RedValley, the fast-growing company in Medellin, is looking for an experienced logistics coordinator to manage all aspects of logistics, negotiating, and dispatching throughout our company. The logistics coordinator will be responsible for organizing and providing efficient transportation and storage solutions for the entire lifecycle of the dispatching.
What You'll Do
- Organizing and managing truck loads.
- Ensuring the safe and timely pick-up and delivery of shipments.
- Create and maintain carrier relationships
- Source/negotiate with qualified carriers to move freight
- Manage updates, communications, and movements on behalf of customers
- Maintain documentation to ensure all compliance standards are met
- Manager carrier satisfaction metrics
- Manage carrier performance metrics
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 2+ years of experience in dispatching and logistics transportation in the US
- Working knowledge of legal regulations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics software.
- Good management and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.

Salary: Up to $3,000,000 per month
