FINANCE
We're a global team with a presence in all of our locations around the world. Our biggest teams are based in the UK and Portugal. Our team in Porto focuses on financial reporting and operations, while the Group Finance team in London comprises Corporate Development, Tax, Treasury, and Commercial Finance. All of our teams play an instrumental role within the business, from developing best practices to delivering strategic projects, and helping us to tell our story with data.
PORTO
Our Porto office is located in Portugal's vibrant second city, known for its history and its creative yet cozy environment. You can have an informal meeting in the treehouse or play the piano during your lunch break!
ROLE
As People Partner for our F-Tech team in Portugal, you are the trusting partner that balances employee needs and expectations with business vision and goals. You'll be an ambassador for Farfetch, who acts with critical judgment and integrity and who we expect to enjoy the path along the way. You will take advantage of being a World Class Company, connecting the dots among different locations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Build up strategic partnerships across the business;
- Act as a trusted partner with a special focus on people managers to create a positive employee experience, offering consistent advice on people matters;
- Contribute to setting a continuously innovative and improved environment in Farfetcher experience;
- Support the Business (Technology) in providing coaching when needed, namely in personal development situations, behavioral changes, and conflict resolutions;
- Design, implement, and improve cross-functional development programs in cooperation with the People Team and other stakeholders within the organization.
WHO YOU ARE
- Passionate about people and their development;
- Creative and provocative minds are valued;
- Graduated in Psychology, Human Resources Management, or people development-related areas;
- Experienced in a People Management Department in a fast-paced IT company (will be valued);
- Aware of technology-driven companies (will be valued);
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (written and spoken);
- Highly interested and motivated to improve People Management processes;
- Eager to contribute to building trusting teams in a psychologically safe environment;
