EXPERIENCE / SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Ability to be very hands on, getting involved in the mechanical, electrical and electronic components of Robotic solutions.
- A general passion for engineering and aptitude for problem solving, fault-finding, pulling apart and then building things, etc.
- A level of mobility (with driving license and access to own vehicle), and willingness to work with robots deployed in often challenging outdoor environments.
ROLE OVERVIEW:
Technology in Agriculture is current a massively growing, multi-billion £ sector, with Agri-Robotics being a key part of this.
Working with a company in this domain who have accelerated ahead of the pack helped by significant backing, this role will give a Mechatronics Engineer hands on exposure to robotic solutions deployed in real-world environments.
Joining a small team who's primary focus is on the deployment and maintenance of robots 'in the field', there will also be ample longer term career prospects as the company grows and expands it's number of locations and deployed robots.
