RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide First and Second Level Support for all branches in North
  • and South America
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners (Matrix42 Desktop Management System)
  • Setting up accounts and basic training for new users (Windows, Citrix, VPN, etc.)
  • Support for Mobile devices (Apple, Samsung) and operation of our mobile device management system (Microsoft Intune, Blackberry UEM)
  • Network documentation in the Pathfinder Tool and monitoring of the local network infrastructure
  • Repair coordination and replacement of equipment as necessary or according to lifecycle
  • Local project support of our headquarter (e.g. launch of new systems)

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Completed technical IT training (e.g., Bachelor´s degree in computer science, information technology, information systems, or similar)
  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in an IT function
  • Experience with Windows Server environments (2008-2019) and good knowledge of MS-Office and Windows Active Directory
  • Independent, accurate, solution
  • and team-oriented way of working
  • Communicative, flexible personality with willingness to travel internationally
  • Bilingual - English/French (English required / French beneficial but optional)
