Description
Allotment of accommodation to workers as per their category
- Maintain camp rules and regulations ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Maintenance of Camp Record and renewal of all contracts viz. Fire Fighting system, Pest Control, Skip, Water Tank cleaning and others.
- Resolving issues of the employees residing in the camp
- Maintenance of camp occupancy and vacancy data and report
- Camp maintenance as per Municipality / Client requirements and rules.
- Take regular rounds of the camp, ensure housekeeping is maintained.
- Ensure discipline is maintained in the camp, conduct enquiry of workers involving in indiscipline acts and forward report to company
- Absenteeism control and overall activities of camps such as maintenance, discipline, inspection etc.
- Monitor receipt of stores / materials and maintain inventory for the same and check records of camp store every week and to check the physical stock of the stores and assets every month.
- Coordinate mass shifting of employees between camps.

Salary: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
