Description
We are seeking to hire *"Transformation Manager” *to serve for Mega Real Estate Development Company based in Dubai - UAE. The job holder’s role is to support Director of the department in driving and implementing transformation & change management initiatives to support the Company’s objectives and improve efficiencies within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- The key responsibility is to work with a variety of stakeholders to implement change management / transformation initiatives that may include new framework, processes and technologies which will positively impact the business as a whole.
- The job requires collaboration with all stakeholders within the organization at different levels, to be able to progress and achieve the desired results.
Leading & Executing Transformation Initiatives:
Initiation:Set up and launch the initiatives by working closely with key stakeholders across business, technology and other functions on the objectives, governance, structure, milestones / planning / roadmap, Change management plan, & stakeholders’ management.
- Developing key presentations outlining objectives / challenges / roadmap for each initiative and presenting it to Director, OE for approval
Execution:
- Understand current state and required steps to transition users to new tools and processes Work closely with key stakeholders, and other teams involved (IT / non-IT) on the execution of the initiative, and monitor progress against milestones.
- Develop new policies or processes related to these changes.
Change Management:
- Identify key change management steps throughout the execution life cycle and ensure that change management activities are appropriately anticipated and followed to ensure success of the initiative.
- Act as liaison between different departments or teams to ensure that everyone is on the same page regarding these changes.
Issue Resolution:
- Identify and formalize any key issues and risks.
- Drive resolution and raise key decisions to Director, OE for next steps Continually look for opportunities to innovate and improve processes
- Work on several internal initiatives to help build, expand and strengthen the transformation program and change management capability throughout the organization. This can include change management frameworks, compiling and sharing of best practices and lessons learned and training etc.
Reporting:
- Monitoring the progress of each project throughout its life cycle to ensure that deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. Manage overall communication to all stakeholders (Steering Committee, Heads, Champions)
Qualification & Skills:
- Min 8 years in similar field work experience or in management consulting, strategy, operations and bachelors degree in Business Management.
- Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & tools.

Salary: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month + Benefits.
Salary: AED12,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
