Bruin is working exclusively with a leading and highly regarded Abu Dhabi based investment company to hire an Associate for their MENA Equity Fund. The fund have built a high performing team of top-tier investment professionals and a multibillion dollar portfolio.

The Role:
The Equity Research Associate will maintain and produce Excel based databases and valuation models as well as undertake valuation of corporates and financials within the MENA universe working together with the Research team.
The Associate will be required to maintain coverage of stocks through ongoing interactions with company management, interactions with sell side research analysts and ongoing appropriate research on the sector and companies and produce and present presentations for potential investments.
- Be currently sitting in an Analyst or Associate level position in the Equity Research Team of a top-tier bank or investment manager
- Have experience currently or previously of working in a leading financial centre such as London or wider Europe
- Possess an excellent financial and analytical skill set with high proficiency in MS Excel
- Have a strong interest in global markets and knowledge of financial instruments
- Hold a finance, mathematics, engineering or equivalent degree from a highly regarded university
- Demonstrate a strong initiative and entrepreneurial mindset
- Fluency in Arabic is advantageous but not essential
- Have excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with all levels of management
