The Opportunity
We're looking for fun, energetic, and hardworking individuals with an eye for detail to join us as Accounting and Finance Interns where you can learn new skills and make meaningful contributions. Work directly with the finance team to handle accounting and finance across numerous markets in Asia. This opening is to start immediately (with possibility of extending, depending on performance and availability). This is a fully remote role, meaning you don't have to come into the office.
What You Will Learn
- You will learn to efficiently manage your time and work independently with a global team.
- You will learn to consolidate accounts across various markets.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Work closely with our finance team on Accounts Payables, handling corporate card expenses and vendor invoices.
- Assist with daily finance and treasury operations including data entry and organisation of files
- Assist in bank reconciliation, expense management, and expense reporting
- Assist in the preparation of financial and management reports
- Assist in financial audit and other ad-hoc finance projects
- Want to work 9am to 6pm in a corporate office with your own lanyard and access card.
- Intend to become a master of photocopying and shredding documents.
- Are looking for a big brand name to add to your CV.
- 1-2 Years relevant accounting experience.
- Are energetic, resourceful and don’t back down from challenges.
- Are outgoing and enjoy meeting new people.
- Want a flexible work culture that only prioritises getting things done.
- Are able to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Have strong written and verbal English communication skills

Contract length: 3-6 months
Salary: Rp2,000,000 - Rp3,000,000 per month
