Job Summary:
Responsibilities:

• Teach online guitar lessons to students of all ages and levels
• Develop lesson plans and curriculums that align with iPley Music's teaching philosophy
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and achievements on daily work sheets
• Provide regular feedback and support to students to help them improve their skills
• Encourage students to participate in music exams, competitions, and performances
• Promote iPley Music's music courses to potential customers and convince them to buy longer packages
• Connect with iPley Music's customer service team to address customer inquiries and concerns
• Use proper video conferencing setup and technology to provide high-quality online lessons
• Keep up-to-date with the latest music teaching trends, techniques, and technologies
• Maintain good communication with iPley Music's management team

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Music or Music Education
• Relevant music certifications and a minimum of 5 years of teaching experience
• Excellent guitar playing skills and ability to teach students of all levels
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in using video conferencing tools and technologies
• Ability to work flexible hours, including morning or night shifts to accommodate international students
• Strong customer service skills and ability to handle customer inquiries and concerns
