PRODUCT

We're the customer experts and advocates. Our teams work on the end-to-end product lifecycle; from understanding the motivations and needs of our customers and partners to designing and testing hypotheses to creating industry-leading experiences for luxury shoppers, sellers, and service providers. We set our Product vision and achieve our strategy in close partnership with teams across the business.

THE ROLE

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager who will be instrumental in delivering our order management platform vision so that it becomes a foundation for our strategic platform to deliver the best fulfilment experience worldwide. You'll report to the Lead Product Manager of the vertical.

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Participate in cross-functional teams during the entire lifecycle of product development - pre-impact analysis, deployment, and post-deployment activities. Proactively identifies problems that arise in the project, outlines options, recommends solutions, and escalates as needed;-

  • Rely on data-driven techniques to present and secure approval from senior management and other key stakeholders, as necessary. Champions the needs of business teams and stakeholders throughout the development process, ensuring that what is delivered meets the original goals;-
  • Anticipate upstream and downstream impacts and works with internal business groups to adjust business tools and practices to support new features and functionality;-
  • With complete independence, write and approve user stories and manage the backlog of the team as part of an Agile project framework;-
  • Gather input from various internal and external sources to define product vision and roadmap.-
  • Develop supporting business case, including financial impact and benefits statements, to support feature/functionality concepts and sell the concepts to internal audiences through persuasive oral and written presentations;WHO YOU ARE- A professional with three or more years of work experience;-
  • A professional with solid interpersonal skills with proven ability to develop and maintain effective business partner relationships;-
  • Marketplace experience: experienced in an omnichannel company (is a plus);-
  • Knowledgeable of logistics workflows and warehouse fulfilment process;-
  • A professional with demonstrated ability to think globally/strategically and frame new and complex issues;-
  • Experienced in building products with a platform mindset;-
  • A professional with experience working with diverse teams during the entire lifecycle of product development and knowledge in Scrum methodology (is a plus);-
  • Experienced in using data to inform key decisions. This includes analysing usage patterns to drive prioritisation and adopting a test-and-learn approach to building products to inform product direction.REWARDS & BENEFITS
