About the Role:
Your role as Host/Hostess/Busser is to make sure every guest experience, every time, is fantastic, contributing to the Kully’s True Original experience

What you will be doing:
- Welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Seats guests and manage the seating chart
- Monitors restaurant activity to determine seating and dining flow
- Responds to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
- Performs opening and closing duties, as needed
- Providing customers with menus and answering any initial questions they may have
- Optimizing seating at different tables to ensure even workload for wait staff
- Removing used plates, glasses, cutlery and napkins from tables after diners are done eating
- Wiping up water spills, food stains and dirt from tables
- Bringing out meal orders if waitstaff are busy
- Handling cleaning of the dining area at the close of day
What does it take to become a Host on the Kully’s Team?
- 1 years of Bar/restaurant experience, preferably in a Host/Hostess/Busser role
- Strong organization skills coupled with great communication skills so that you are able to easily engage with guests when they enter the Bar
- Reliable, punctual and professional in presentation
- Comfortable working with telephones and knowledge of point-of-sale system
- Work well independently and as team
- Take direction from other well
- Ontario Smart Serve certification is required
- Ability to be on your feet for extended periods of time
We are open seven days a week. Shifts consist of weekends/days/nights and can be offered on a full-time or part-time basis.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 20-30 per week
Salary: From $15.50 per hour
