Job Title: Yogurt Shop Team Member

Location: Edgemont Village, North Vancouver

Description:
We are looking for friendly and enthusiastic individuals to join our team at our yogurt shop in Edgemont Village. Our shop is known for our delicious yogurt and toppings, as well as our fast-paced and welcoming environment. As a team member, you will be responsible for creating a positive experience for our customers while assisting them in creating their perfect cup of yogurt. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the shop and ensuring that all products are stocked and organized.

Responsibilities:

  • Greeting customers with a friendly smile and positive attitude
  • Assisting customers in creating their perfect cup of yogurt
  • Handling cash and credit card transactions
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the shop
  • Stocking and restocking products
  • Maintaining a fast-paced and efficient workflow

Qualifications:

  • Friendly and positive attitude
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
