Envision Employment Solutions is currently looking to hire an
IT Manager for one of our partners, an international education platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the company's IT strategy, in line with business goals and objectives.
  • Ensure that the company's technology systems are secure, stable, and reliable.
  • Manage the IT budget and ensure that IT expenses are within budget.
  • Ensure that the company's IT policies and procedures are up to date and compliant with industry standards and regulations.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors, as necessary.
  • Keep up to date with the latest trends and technologies in IT and make recommendations for improvements where necessary.
  • Manage and mentor the IT team, providing guidance and support as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience in IT management, preferably in a startup.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and security best practices.
  • Knowledge of cloud computing, virtualization, and storage technologies.
  • Experience managing IT budgets and vendor relationships.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently or part of a team and able to lead and make final decision
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
