Hse Lead

JOB PURPOSE

Follow and supervise all HSE activities on site. Report all near miss, first aid, LTi, TRi Prepare all required SOP’s for HSE department. Follow and ensure the using of the HSE Working permits following to Sanofi Standards.

KEY RESULTS / ACCOUNTABILITIES

Job Description:

• Follow HSE rules and standards in Sanofi Site.
• Review safety status for all machine, equipment, earthing, moving parts, door switches.... etc. -Support and prepare all Site team training related to HSE activates.
• Supervise all emergency preparedness and crisis management plans, SOP’s and execution.
• Supervise and ensure the implementation of the HSE action plans.
• Supervise site's risk assessments and ensure implementation of risk mitigation measures.
• Supervise and lead the accident and incident investigations.
• Supervise emergency evacuation drill.
• Supervise and Lead in HSE trainings which are organized for the employees.
• Provide and manage the HSE data reported to Global HSE.
• Conducting Self-Regulatory Compliance for the site and ensure compliance with the local regulations.
• Report in the internal system all work related accident and incident in a timely manner.
• Collect and validate information and fill out the data in the reporting System
• Collect and validate information and fill out the environmental data-based system.
• Investigate, validate, and report all major events.
• Report all near miss, first aid, LTi, Tri.
• Supervise activities related to Key Medical Doctor programs.

- Abide by the requirements of the internal Code of Ethics including but not restricted to maintaining high professional standards of conduct in line with the Company procedure with a duty of care to the reputation of the Company.

Thoroughly read all safety documentation issues by the Company and comply with its requirements. Escalate any doubts or uncertainties to The direct manager.

• Support and conform to Company safety rules and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy working environment
• Report any accident, incident or near miss, whether it be of personal injury or property damage
• Follow the approved HSE policy and requirements.
• Follow the approved HSE SOPs.
• Follow the emergency plan procedures.
• Follow the adequate implementation of the PASS at the due dates.
• Follow the adequate implementation of the Risk assessment, inspections and audits corrective actions at the due date.
• Immediate reporting to any incident or accident occurring at each area.
• Considering all HSE requirements during new projects feasibility evaluation.

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS - Saudi National only. - Certified from Saudi HRSD as HSE Professional. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience - Solid understanding of HSE - Customer service orientation - Strong verbal reasoning skills and written communication abilities
