To support Serco’s continuous delivery of world class services, we are looking for a Senior Manager - Asset Management to join our Advisory Services team.
In the Middle East, we employ more than 5,500 people across four countries including the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Iraq. Our employees remain our greatest asset.
Key accountabilities:
- In-depth knowledge of strategic planning methods, concepts, and tools.
- Familiarity with performance metrics, competitive analysis, and market trends.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to interpret and analyze large volumes of data in a concise and accurate manner.
- In-depth knowledge of financial/strategic reports, business models, and industry standards.
Specific Requirements: Master's degree in Strategic Planning, Business Administration or equivalent.
Ability to positively influence key stakeholders within the Contract and business areas.
Good time management and organisational skills.
Ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
Ability to liaise in a professional manner with staff at all levels in the organisation and with external parties.
Ability to develop self and contribute to the development of others across the Team.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
The ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and work productively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Strong analytical and strategical skills.
At least three (3) years of experience in strategic planning and corporate performance management.
