Your missions:
- Management of quality controllers and technicians.
- Ensure the execution of the control plan.
- Participate in the preparation of the control plan and the PFEMA.
- Use problem solving skills for root causes analysis related to internal & external issues.
- Establish direct contact with quality residents at customer sites to find solutions to solve the problems reported by the customer
- Monitor 8D meetings & the follow up of the implementation of corrective and preventive actions and verify their effectiveness.
- Follow customer scorecard and quality indicators IPPM, RPPM, DPPM, and WC.
- Developing and maintaining quality standards.
- Support the preparation of PPAP package for new products.
To be successful for this role:
- Bac+5 with preferably with experience in quality of automotive industry.
- Knowledge of Quality Management systems IATF 16949 (standards)
- Good knowledge of problem-solving tools: ISHIKAWA, 8D, 5WHY, PARETO
- Good knowledge of Quality Core-tools: Control Plan, PFMEA, PPAP, APQP
- Ability to work in a high-tempo environment and interact with team members over a wide scope of the organization.
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in both French and English.
