Description:
A company providing engineering services requires a Structural Draughtsman to work on projects for residential buildings, commercial buildings, industrial buildings and educational facilities. Key duties will include: manage and assist in delivering project requirements, develop models and drawings (2D & 3D), perform conceptual layout work, manage drawings and issuing of drawings, verify onsite conditions and dimensions relating to existing facilities, co-ordinate with the professional team, ad-hoc inspections and report writing.
Key Requirements:
3 to 5 Years’ experience in structural draughting. Proficient in the use of 2D and 3D software to prepare structural drawings (Revit, AutoCAD or Padds/AutoPadds). Site experience and knowledge of industry or regulatory standards, regulations and codes related to projects will be beneficial.
