REQUIREMENTS:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in Residential Construction Management
- Excellent knowledge of residential construction operations & equipment
- Good time-management skills and ability to multi-task
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Good physical condition and stamina
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Plan, implement and manage construction tasks in accordance with priorities and goals.
- Manage and monitor members’ attendance and work.
- Adhere to relevant safety regulations.
- Manage and guide the use of machinery and equipment.
- Monitor expenditures and keep in budget.
- Ensure labor and other resources necessary.
Salary: From R21,355.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Johannesburg, Gauteng 2091: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Willingness to travel:
- 50% (required)
