We are looking for humble geniuses, who believe that engineering has the potential to make the impossible, possible; innovators, who are not only inspired by technology and innovation, but also perpetually driven to design, develop, and test as a trusted partner for Fortune 500 customers.
As a team of remarkably diverse engineers, we recognize that what we are really engineering is a brighter future for us all. If you want to contribute to meaningful work and be part of an organization that truly believes when you win, we all win, and when you fail, we all learn, then we’re eager to hear from you.
The achievers and courageous challenge-crushers we seek, have the following characteristics and skills:
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Developing 3D models and animations using Maya, as per the requirements of the project.
- Collaborating with the art team, technical artists, designers, and developers to create high-quality 3D assets.
- Creating and maintaining assets pipeline, tools and procedures for efficient asset production and management.
- Creating textures, lighting, and shading for 3D models to create realistic environments and objects.
- Testing and debugging models and animations to ensure that they are functioning correctly and are optimized for performance.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in 3D modeling, animation, and design techniques.
- Mentoring and training junior artists and engineers to improve their skills and ensure that they are following best practices.
- Providing input on technical design and implementation for art assets, identifying areas for optimization or improvements.
- Maintaining accurate asset documentation, ensuring that all 3D models and animations are properly catalogued, labeled and stored.
- Working with project managers, producers and other stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget.
