Our client is a Singapore-born Family business enterprise with strong presence in the Shipping Vessel, Marine and Logistics industry.
We are assisting them in the search for a Crewing Manager who will focus on crew personnel administration and will lead a team of Crewing Officers locally and across Asia Offices.
Position Responsibilities:
- Will be the Primary Lead for Offshore crews across hiring, management and operational duties.
- Will oversee government compliance and adhere to man-dated seafarer requirements as stipulated in the Maritime Port Authority of Singapore.
- Perform recruitment, training and orientation to new hire seafarers and members.
Position Requirements:
- 5 to 8 years working experience in Crew Management, HR Services and Marine/Maritime Sector experience.
- Knowledge in SG Government man-dates and policies in the Maritime Business, Rules and Regulations and MOM Work Visa processing.
- Very conversant with MLC, STCW, General HR / Marine and Data Protection requirements.
- Deal with documentation, processes and protocols.
