What we look into you:
We are seeking highly skilled implementation specialist to install and support our ERP systems at our client place. To be successful as an implementation executive, you should be proficient in the use of data, management and able to work well as part of a team. Ultimately an outstanding implementation executive should demonstrate sound technical knowledge as well as exceptional analytical, Communication and customer service skill.

Roles and responsibilities:
1. Your responsibility is understanding the customer needs / requirements.

  1. Data collection from the client and coordinate with BD team for collecting data data from client coordinate with BDM for collecting data from the client.

  2. Need to validate data and format it to prescribed template for uploading to the same into the system

  3. Functionality testing of the client interface

  4. Deployment of the product at the client place.

  5. Training the staffs of the clients on the ERP solutions and to ensure all our modules and functions and process trained well to the staffs of the client

  6. Monitor and support the client requirements.

  7. Understand the client requirement and coordinate with the development team for product customization. Need to maintain client relation and ensure all clients expectations are met

  8. Coordinate for the payment collections

  9. Need to travel across locations in Tamilnadu (Thirupur, Ooty,Coimbatore, Pollachi and sometimes Chennai (on need base))


Skills:
1. Any degree and IT background is preferable

  1. Proven work experience working as an implementation executive (1- 3 years)

  2. Sound technical Knowledge.

  3. Willingness to travel.

  4. Positive attitude

  5. Good knowledge and experience in MS Office.

  6. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

  7. Communication and customer service skills.


Salary: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
