Responsibilities:
- Conduct user research, analyze user needs, and create user personas and user journeys.
- Design and develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that effectively communicate design concepts and ideas.
- Create visual designs that are aesthetically pleasing, easy to use, and aligned with our brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with developers to ensure the implementation of design solutions that are consistent with user requirements and technical constraints.
- Conduct usability testing and iterate on designs based on user feedback and insights.
- Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of digital products that meet business requirements and user needs.
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in UX/UI design and contribute to the development of best practices and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a UX/UI Designer, with at least 3 years of experience in designing digital products and interfaces.
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates your design process, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience in conducting user research, creating user personas, and designing user journeys.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and design thinking processes.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Salary: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Ernakulam, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
