Takes the ownership of the specific tasks in a project:
Technical responsibility of Electrical Design for Onshore/ offshore oil and gas facilities.
- Performing Design Calculations.
- Coordination with other disciplines / entities.
- Developing study reports.
- Reviewing vendor documents.
Reporting lines and interactions:
Hierarchically reports to: Senior / Lead Electrical Engineer
Operational reports to: Lead Discipline Engineer.
Key interactions (internally, externally):
- Internally: _Other discipline engineers, Project Engineers, Designers and Draftsmen.
- Externally: _Other operating centers / Vendors for the items procured, subcontractors.
Profile:
- Must have: _
- Electrical Engineering Degree with 8-10 years of experience in Design and execution of the projects
- ETAP power system study experience.

- Need to have: _
- Site Survey / report preparation experience.
- Gathering design inputs based on field surveys before proceeding with engineering.
Main Accountabilities:
- Electrical Design experience in Oil & Gas industries
- Preparation of offshore Electrical survey check list
- Design for MV and LV power systems.
- Design for cable tray / earthing / lighting systems.
- Design and knowledge of ESP Surface Equipment like VDS / Output Transformers / MVD / MV or LV Switchboards / UPS system, etc.
- Communication / coordination with Lead Engineers / PMs
- Meeting quality and safety objectives of the project.
- Ensures timely internal and external reporting on engineering.
