Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed analysis of business requirements and develop technical solutions.
- Collaborate on performance testing and security auditing, with a focus on performance metrics.
- Write clear and testable code and meet delivery commitments.
- Learn new technologies and tools Independently and help the team setup and adopt them.
- Mentor other team members, Peer review pull requests and set quality standards, help the team meet its commitments.
Job Requirements:
- Years of experience in ToB or ToC product development using tools or platforms.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as Java, JavaScript, Go, Python, and common web frameworks.
- Experience with basic data structures and understanding of databases like Redis, MySQL, and others.
- Participate in planning and break down business requirements into modules.
- Participate in system design and help make architectural and technological choices to support quality, performance, and scale goals.
- Strong communication, understanding, and presentation skills, with the initiative to drive R&D teams towards product development.
Additional Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with blockchain and smart contract technologies and protocols.
- Experience in developing DApp projects.
- Familiar with Java Spring boot framework.
- Experience with designing high-scale ordering systems for users to place orders including inventory control systems handling.
