Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our company as a Supply Chain Coordinator. As part of our operations and logistics department, you ensure the smooth functioning of all aspects of our supply chain, including materials procurement, processing, and order fulfillment and delivery.

Key Responsibilities & Skills:

  • Purchasing and expediting.
  • Create purchase orders for current and forecasted demand.
  • Follow-up with vendors to ensure purchase orders have correct price, freight charge, and delivery date.
  • Understanding of manufacturing practices.
  • Understanding of production and supply processes.
  • Understanding of documentation and shipping processes.
  • Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Software.
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of PC operating systems.
  • Microsoft Office Suite specifically Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Previous experience with Infor Visual Manufacturing ERP an asset.
  • Experience with CRM, ERP, PDM and BI platforms an asset.

Education: - College Diploma/Degree in related field.

Experience: - Experience with complex purchase, logistics planning, vendor relationship management and forecasting.
- Strong proficiency with efficiency software and spreadsheets.
