JOB DESCRIPTION
REQUIREMENTS
- Preparing Full set of accounts and tax and management reports
- Payment processing for USD/SGD payments
- Preparing journal/payment vouchers along with entry in Tally system
- Issue cheques and manage petty cash and cash disbursement
- Sales Invoice and Debit/Credit Note preparation
- Local expenses, Travel sheets and reimbursement sheets to be prepared and payments to be processed
- Quarterly GST Submission
- Bank reconciliation
- HR duties like Salary sheet maintenance, Payslip preparation, Journal Vouchers, Leave Record maintenance and CPF submission
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $3,000.00 - $4,800.00 per month
