Teranorth Construction & Engineering Limited is looking for motivated labourers to join our curb and sidewalk crew within the City of Sudbury
We are looking for hard working individuals that:
- Are committed to safety as their number 1 priority
- Required to have at least 1 year experience in the construction field, preferably experience working with concrete and carpentry (formbuilding)
- Are able to use tools and equipment needed to perform specific tasks
- Have great communication skills and demonstrate great teamwork
- Are able to work independently
- Are physically able to perform rigorous work tasks
- Have a reliable way to get to and from the work site
- Are punctual and committed to hard work
Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
- Assist equipment operators, labourers and other individuals that are present on the worksite
- Prepare construction site, making sure that proper housekeeping is being completed
- Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools
- Load and unload various materials
- Follow the Teranorth Health and Safety Policy Manual as well as the Acts and Regulations set out by the MOL and other governing body
- Follow instructions set out by the site Supervisor
